Zodiac Legal Process is an offshoot of Zodiac Inspections, a company founded in 2015 by Donald and Tamara Zeigler. Zodiac Inspections offers residential and commercial insurance inspections as well as face-to-face collections services.
Tamara, an experienced former process server who worked in the industry for 8 years, suggested in early 2022 that the company jump into legal process as well. Zodiac Legal Process launched in February of that year.
Hundreds of serves later, Zodiac Legal Process now covers a wide area of Southwest Virginia and Southern West Virginia.
Virginia counties we serve process in include Tazewell, Bland, Wythe, Smyth, Pulaski and Giles.
West Virginia counties we serve process in include Mercer, Summers, Raleigh, McDowell and Monroe.

Zodiac Legal Process belongs to the National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS), which means we adhere to a higher standard of integrity and professional conduct when doing business. We are also members of the National Association for Legal Support Professionals (NALS).
